Hello from the Anime Park Staff, and some directions on how next Saturday is going to happen to keep this convention running an smoothly as possible.


Loading time will be at 7am on Saturday and 2 hours to set up your booths.   The Dealers Room and Artists Alley will be open from 9am until 6pm later that evening.  When you arrive Saturday morning, please locate the nearest Anime Park Staff Member. (Each will be wearing arm band with "STAFF" or "SECURITY" printed clearly on them)  They will give you directions on where to go and how to unload your merchandise, as well as provide you with your Dealers or Artists badge.   You will be provided with standard school cafeteria tables, but if you would like to bring your own tables and chairs that is allowed. 


Please arrive to the area of your panel (Which will be on the master schedual when that is released) 15 minutes or so early.  Please bring any material that needs to be on a computer on a portable USB drive.  You may use the school computers, which will have internet access, but we can not guarentee use of outside devices.  Please remember that this is a school event and equipment should be treated as such.  Computers will have Microsoft Powerpoint 2010 if you intend on having a slideshow.  If you have any problems please locate a staff member and they can assist you.
